Common Questions

Does Helium work offline?

Yes. Everything is stored locally on your device. Cloud sync, AI features, and sharing require a connection, but the core app works fully offline.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Export Library. You can export everything as a ZIP containing Markdown, JSON, and screenshots.

What happens if I cancel Pro?

You keep access to Pro features until your billing period ends. After that, you revert to the free tier. Your data is never deleted — you just can't access Pro features until you resubscribe.

Do you use my data to train AI?

No. Your content is processed via Anthropic's Claude API which has a zero-retention policy for API inputs. We never use your data for training.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.
