Acceptance

By using Helium, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your Content

You own everything you save in Helium — cards, prompts, conversations, context. We don't claim any rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to store, sync, and process your content solely to provide the service.

Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share your account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions

Helium Pro is a paid subscription. Pricing is shown before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple. Android subscriptions through Google Play. Web subscriptions through Stripe. Refunds follow each platform's refund policy.

Prompt Sharing

When you share a prompt publicly, anyone with the link can view a preview and import a copy. You can revoke sharing at any time. Imported prompts are independent copies — revoking sharing doesn't affect copies already imported by others.

Don't share prompts that contain harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Helium to store or share illegal content, malware, phishing material, or content that infringes others' intellectual property. Don't attempt to access other users' data. Don't abuse rate limits or API endpoints.

Service Availability

Helium works offline. Cloud features (sync, AI, sharing) require an internet connection and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. We'll do our best to minimize downtime.

Limitation of Liability

Helium is provided "as is." We're not liable for data loss, though we take reasonable measures to protect your data. We recommend periodic exports of important content using the built-in export feature.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
